What is the meaning of your derby number?

10-7 is law enforcement radio code for 'out of service;. It’s my goal on the track as a blocker, and an homage to my prior career field

What advice would you give to a new skater?

Just TRY it. You're right if you think it's hard work. You fall down, you get up. (Repeat.) You skate, you learn. And you won't regret it.

What is it about roller derby that keeps you coming back year after year?

Geeky oddball girls with little coordination can grow up to do powerful ATHLETIC things. It's empowering both on and off the track.
