Circle City Roller Derby is a roller derby league based in Indianapolis.

Formed in 2008, the league now operates two active teams, the Circle City Socialites and Party Crashers. Circle City Roller Derby is committed to promoting the sport of roller derby and fostering inclusivity, welcoming all athletes and skill levels into our community.

We are proud members of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA).

Happy fall, y’all! We kicked off the season a few weeks ago at the Mitchell Persimmon Festival.

Indiana is home to the native American persimmon, particularly in the southern half of the state, though it can grow statewide. When ripe, the fruit is sweet and soft, and is often harvested after it falls from the tree.

We loved being part of this Hoosier tradition and look forward to spending Autumn eating persimmon pudding!

The time has come! Circle City Roller Derby’s New Member Workshop begins in September. The workshop will meet for two sessions a week on Sundays and Tuesdays for five weeks from September 9 to October 12 and will take place in our warehouse space on the east side of Indianapolis. Specific location details will be shared once you sign up.

New Member Workshop Details:
- You must be at least 18 years old to join Circle City Roller Derby (CCRD).
- CCRD is open to skaters who are women or gender expansive, with the exclusion of cis-men. Officiating roles, both on and off skates, are open to all gender expressions, including cis-men.
- This workshop is for people who are interested in learning to play roller derby and/or officiating roller derby.
- You do not need any experience with roller derby OR skating — we’ll teach it all to you!
